Gina Lee
Founder & Principal Integrator/COO
I work with teams using EOS® who are ready to run it consistently.
I’m an industrial engineer, MBA, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 20+ years of experience as a process specialist, change management and operations professional and executive leader across manufacturing, construction, logistics, financial services, and energy. That breadth gives me the ability to see beyond individual departments and understand what is really happening across a business.
I’m naturally wired as a change agent; someone who helps create change that actually sticks across people, processes, and systems. I bring an owner’s mindset to the businesses I support, stepping in as a true operational leader.
I also believe leadership teams perform best when people clearly understand their strengths and how they contribute.
You already have more capability inside the business than you realize. My role is to help uncover it, align it, and create the structure, accountability and leadership rhythm that allow the business to scale beyond founder dependency.
Execution improves when people are clear, aligned, and accountable.
I help leadership teams:
Build trust and improve communication
Strengthen accountability and follow-through
Clarify roles, priorities and decision-making
Reduce friction across the business
Create operational rhythm and consistency
Help people better understand and use their strengths
When the leadership team is aligned and the system is working, everything else gets easier.
Operational support designed to create momentum.
Interim engagements tailored to your needs.

My role as Integrator is to work with the Visionary/founder and leadership team to execute the business plan and to help integrate the EOS Process® and EOS Tools® into how the business operates day-to-day.
If you need help finding an EOS Implementer®, I would be happy to make an introduction.
Great operational leadership creates lasting change.
Strong operational leadership should leave a business more capable, more aligned, and less dependent on any one person.
Elev-8 Ops engagements are designed to create operational stability, stronger leadership habits, and sustainable execution rhythms that continue long after the engagement ends.
The goal is a stronger business that no longer depends on any one person — including me.
